I’ve Finaly managed to complete my #twelve2014 project. Originally I wanted to put them all together in a GIF, but I found out that it is so much nicer to watch as a video, so here it is! :o)
I also added some music composed by my father Walter Michael Klepper. (Divertimento for string orchestra and timpani the 3. movement “Serenata”)
I would greatly appreciate your feedback!

  1. wonderful all put together +Ursula Klepper , I like the changes in the landscape, the foliage almost covers the scene in the summer, and the vehicles and people walking by , put together with excellent music!

  2. Thank you so much! +Elizabeth Lund Yes indeed, I am happy how it turned out. I spend also a lot of time to prepare the images for the video and to put them together with the music, so I am glad you like it! :o)

  3. I loved it! Excellent video and really beautiful music. Like father like daughter, I see, as your father is also musical. Great work. An excellent idea, too.

  4. Thank you so much dear Ellie! +Ellie Kennard Yes my father was a componist, a great musician. I am so happy I found this peace of music on my drive, because it was perfect for this video!

  5. Thank you very much! +Bette Kauffman I had so much fun with this project during the year, so I can encourage you to start one also! It doesn't matter which month you start, as long as you complete the year… I have also the second Mausoleum project still running, because I started it in May.

  6. Hi Ursula,
I have looked at all the photos from the start, and I think that you have done a very professional job of putting them together in the video.
The music was very good and suited to the video.
There was one little thing, maybe it is me, but I thought that the stills had more definition or depth.
I watched it on the u-tube site, maybe this has something to do with it,
but a great job well done.
    Willie :-))

  7. Thank you Very much for the feedback! +William Walker I didn't change anything on the images so I guess it is because of the converting to the video, it might have another resolution, I don't know what YouTube does while uploading.

  8. Hi ursula, you must have had a bit of work getting your framing right, and not jumping around ?

  9. Beautifully composed, +Ursula Klepper … both the music and the video.   I love the way you've arranged the fade outs to keep the mausoleum in the exact same spot.  Stunning the way the tones in the images change as autumn approaches.  The view can tell it is becoming autumn even without the subtitles!  Great piece of art, thanks for sharing this.

  10. Thank you so much for your wonderful comment! +Darcee McCutcheon I am so glad that you like it, yes it took me quite some time to mach them all together to get a soft changing from one to the next one. Also it took some time to get the changing in time with the music. :o)

  13. Ganz, ganz toll geworden, liebe Ursula! Ich bin ganz begeistert…
Auch die Musik dazu finde ich sehr schön.
(In Ohlsdorf liegt mein Bruder begraben, daher kenne ich auch das, was Du so schön in Szene gesetzt hast!) Vielen Dank.
Und Glückwunsch zu dem Erfolg Deines Bildes. Das mag ich auch sehr.
    +Ursula Klepper
